以前當模特兒時都很害怕聽到人家說“你好像胖了”,“你今天好像水腫 ” 聽到這些話都很恐懼!所以都想盡辦法的去減肥維持身材,很多方法我都試過,幾乎什麼減肥藥都吃過,吃利尿劑和吃完就跑到廁所去嘔吐,代餐等等!

想到以前都用這麼極端的方式來減肥真的很不健康很可怕!在哪時候身體的健康狀況都很差,精神狀況情緒狀況皮膚狀況都不好,想到真的還蠻恐怖後悔的。年輕時比較不會想,年紀稍微有了點就會比較在乎注重健康。

其實真的可以用很多健康的方式來減肥!運動就是最好的選擇,不管你是否要減肥,其實運動 對每個人來說都非常的重要的,運動不只是為了減肥也是為了健康!
